I'm thinking about going in October or another time maybe November or December during dry season when kids are in school. That way it's not as packed or highly priced. All of them are beautiful in their own way and have things for me to do.
Seychelles has the beach and amazing resorts where I can be alone from others. So does Bali, and bali is super inexpensive. I just don't think I'd like only having Asian food options other than eating vegan from restaurants nearby. Orlando is a kids dream, which I mainly want for Wizarding world and to eat at different parks in disney world. Hawaii is somewhere I've always wanted to visit. Waterfalls, ocean, acai bowls but not as much seclusion.

Um... you DO realize Seychelles and Bali are in the southern hemisphere, so November would be the start of their rainy season. October would be the best.
Seychelles are beautiful but really expensive and remote and don't have a whole lot to offer aside from beaches. And the capital city Victoria has a tweaker problem. Réunion or Mauritius would be a better option.
Bali seems interesting but it's turned into a tourist trap and still has third world problems. And having been to Asia, I agree with your comment on the food. The food was one of the biggest issues for me.
Disney World, MEH!
So that only leaves Hawaii. I've been twice to three different islands and Hawaii really does seem like the best option. It's close and sort of a combination of the other places on your list.
When you eat at different parks in Disney World you get the same hamburger for $47 wherever you go.
Hawaii seems fun 🌴
