Depends. Do you want a quiet beach, night light with clubs, great restaurants, quick access to a big city, family type of beach, remote beach, beach area without cars like an island with golf carts, near great golfing, fishing, surf fishing… there are all kinds of beaches.

  I'm a scuba, free diver and snorkeler. Night life and restaurants would be nice also.

  I am thinking Southern California. LA area. I have attached a link as well which might help. Hawaii might be cool too. You can also go sponge diving in the Florida Keys I believe.

I am being very bias by saying Myrtle Beach because I live near there but I will have to go with Myrtle Beach, SC.
