Tough to say for sure but I hedge my bets on North America. Though there are different parts of the world that appear biologicaly the same in terms of environment

I haven't been to Asia, South America, or Africa. It doesn't look like any place I've been to in Europe. The pictures all look similar to places I've been in North America, so North America gets my vote.
