If you could travel in time and space ONCE, where would you go, and why?

presuming I can't change anything I would go into the future as I would wager in the future we will find a way to drastically slow or entirely stop aging along with finding a way to travel through time. I would then obtain long or immortal life and use the time travel to travel back to the very very distant past and implement the below. if I can change things I would go way way way back to medieval times with as much tech as I could carry and pass it out to various groups that are known for there intelligence and technological work. as they would likely invent a time machine quite rapidly with the massive leap in technology allowing me to go where I want.
