I am not from Europe but have travelled to lots of places there.

Some of my favorites were Scotland, Amsterdam, Triberg in the Black Forest in southern Germany, Shaffhaussen in northern Switzerland, Palace of Versailles near Paris.

Paris had some nice sights to see but hated the beggars. They were everywhere that was frequented by tourists.

London also had some nice things to see but it's a very busy city and everyone seems to be in a hurry to go somewhere.

Amsterdam was very laid back and relaxing. Being Canadian, I was treated really well there. I would definitely go back again.

I loved the countryside of Southern Germany and the coast of Scotland. Very scenic.

One of the treasured places that I got to see was the WW I memorial at Vimy Ridge in France. I was there while I was still in the military. It's a place I will not forget.

It depends on the purpose. The best food is in southern parts, the most beautiful landscapes in northern. Historical objects everywhere...
