I worked for a European company with a global presence. Occasionally I flew to other countries for training or meetings and sometimes associates from other countries flew to my country. We all spoke English to some degree and at times flirted. Some flirting lead to hookups. I didn't notice the country they were from had any impact on their willingness to hookup.
