Well, it's not exactly a country, but I'd say Nevada. Of course, there, you have to pay for that loving, but at least it's legal there.

My experience is that Philippines, Vietnam and some African countries have the most loving women. They treated me very very well.
I say no to United States do to the breakdown of there family
