I have a severe fear of leaving the house. Should I spend my vacation in the living room? or should I try an exotic locale like the dining room?

I also suffer from agoraphobia and usually what I do is try smaller day trips and go out for a few hours once a month. I have to go out on a longer week long vacation next month so that's terrifying, but I have to go. So maybe being forced to go is the trick.
