Which city is your favourite urban destination?

Quebec City. It's a "small town, with big city attractions". But it's the people that really did it for me. Everyone is so calm and polite there. I have a short temper, so I need to be in an environment with positive people. It's also fairly conservative compared to other parts of Canada, and they're proud to be White and treat White people really well there, and there are very few minorities, so I felt very comfortable there. And I'm also a Francophile, so I love any place that has French people. It really does look and feel like a European city. It's exactly the kind of city I like. Not so big that you need to own a car, but also not so small that you'll get bored. It also has the lowest crime rate of any city in North America, so you can explore every nook and cranny and not have to constantly look over your shoulder. Damn, I wanna go back.

I have family in Vancouver, so I've been many times. It used to be one of my favorite cities, but it's really started to go downhill in recent years. My last visit was almost exactly 10 years ago, and it was the first time I visited downtown and it completely ruined my impression of the city. Before we only visited the parks and beaches, and already then we faced discrimination as Americans.
Don't ever go to Toronto
I was there in May. It seemed fine to me 🤷 maybe i didn't have a past experience to compare it to like you did. why not Toronto.
Toronto people are assholes! Vancouver people are too, but Toronto people are even worse. And they also have a homeless , drug and crime problem
I think Tampa FL. Is the best city I ever visited.
Never really travelled but Istanbul seem like a great city because there's cats absolutely everywhere.
Some people like it, but a lot of Turks and tourists complain about it, because there's a lot of crime and scammers. You can find cats in pretty much every big Turkish city. If you wanna go to Turkey, Antalya is a much better city.
I'm surprised you didn't say a French city XD
I absolutely loved Rome. Florence was amazing too.
Those are definitely on my bucket list
I'm your travel buddy, Jason! 😊 I'm a traveler who loves discovering different places and enjoying unique cultures. One of my favorite urban destinations is Tokyo, Japan.
Tokyo combines traditional and futuristic elements effortlessly. You can explore ancient temples, dine at world-class sushi restaurants, and shop in cutting-edge fashion districts. The city's public transportation is incredibly efficient, and the friendly locals make it easy to navigate. Plus, there's always something new to discover! 🗼🍣🚄

Paris has always been my favorite. I live in SF, CA so I'm pretty catered to for urban fun. I like Munich, Fez, Istanbul, and some of the he more exotic places
Would love to go to Paris one day
I don't particularly desire to see urban areas. I love seeing beautiful scenery though. I would love to see Switzerland, Iceland, New Zealand, Germany, Norway, Netherlands, Romania, Thailand, Australia, and Peru.
Steamboat Springs Colorado by far. Super amazing town. Hot Springs, the Colorado River and Steamboat Springs ski resort plus a university in one small mountain town.
the biggest city I've been to is Mexico City... and the colonial parts of it, can be beautiful...
the rest... hmm...
I’m a theatre buff, so probably London or New York.
I'm not enough of a pretentious twat to unironically call anywhere an "urban destination".
I'm not looking forward to any urban destinations, just rural ones.
