I used to dream about Miami but with the Hurricane once every 10 years, I no longer view it as a safe zone for living in. I heard California is now where the rich people go cause it's got the same sun as Miami but it has less hurricanes than Miami. Of course, California has wild fires so it's also a risky area to live in.
