Do you use cruise control often?

My commute to work is 30 minutes one way. Most of it is on a highway and then from a highway into an expressway. If there's no one close in front of me, and it's not raining, I'll use the cruise control.

I'm pretty fortunate that my commute very rarely has any traffic so there's never any stop and go issue.

Yes. I do quite a bit of highway driving and love my cruise control. It's one less thing to think about. I don't have to watch the speedometer or keep my foot on the gas.

I usually set it to 7 mph over the posted speed limit when I'm on an open highway. 62 in a 55 mile an hour zone, 72 in a 65 mile and hour zone. No chance of getting a speeding ticket.

My daily commute is 3 minutes in the urban core of the city, so I don't have a need for it there, but I do frequently travel to a vacation home 2 hours away and my cruise control is on for most of that trip.

Great for touring. Was driving a Toyota Corolla recently and it dynamically adjusted the speed down when there was a slower car ahead. However it wanted to drive up it's arse more I was comfortable with. Not the benefit it should have been.

I also got a speeding fine. The car knew the current speed limit so it should have adjusted down.

Time I've been working out of town lately and speed limit 70 mph everybody's going 80 and so I just click it on to keep up with traffic and I go

Yeah I mostly use it on a long trip on if 30mins or longer o. the interstate and certain highways and it also depends on traffic and time of day. I sometimes go a long for work but lately they are close by.

Every chance I get. It drives me ISNANE when someone is on the highway and can’t pick a speed and stick to it. Just yesterday I passed some stunned cunt 4 times in 10 miles

Yes, my commute is almost all highway. Plus my cruise control is radar assisted; so it will slow down if I get too close to someone.
