A private jet can cost around 250k a year in maintenance and upkeep alone, and its resell value is worse than a cars.

A luxury boat yearly cost can be as much as a private jet, depending on size and harbour.

You can get a helicopter for that but they're harder to rent out because I know a guy with one and I also I know a guy with a 1/4 of a plane but that cost him 5million
