I have traveled around the world by plane on business. It can also be cheaper to fly around the world than flying halfway and then back… it’s an airline pricing thing. I also cancelled a round the world trip 2 years ago as it was just too long at about 144 days if I recall correctly. I have also been to all 7 continents. I like travel but staying home is nice as well.

If given the chance and a big enough boat, that would definitely be my choice. My parents have a fairly large and new boat and it wouldn't make it across the Atlantic.
