I don't comment on ridiculous theoretical questions about situations that would never happen.
To expand on the question... Korean people are good people, whether they live in the North or the South. It's the corrupt dictatorial government in the North that is a problem.

Such a bizarre question. I would rather not go to North Korea because you can easily get arrested there. So it is South Korea for me. What black people have to do with it, I don’t know.
