When you go on yearly vacation do you go to same place or some where different?

I tend to go to the same place every other year. Different following years.

I really go on vacation to relax. I go to explore and discover/learn new things, so NEW. The only exception was when I was visiting family.

I might go back to a country or state I've already visited, but to a different region.

But if it's a road trip, I'll sometime revisit places I haven't seen in a while.

I haven't been on vacation since 2019 when I went to Los Angeles. But the next destination is New Orleans in May. So different destinations whenever I can actually vacation.
