Picture A doesn't have headlines which make it somewhat confusing.
I guessed the temperatures was probably in Celsius, but wasn't sure.
Then the thing with 0 days, 1 day, 2 days.
Days of what?

Picture B has headlines and states temperature is in Celsius and that the first value is High and second is Low.
It also states that the Days are how many days there is with Rain.

I'd say weather A. Comfortable climate with reasonably warm temperature all the time while still somewhat cooler then B most of the time.

But...
Rain days, I usually prefer when it doesn't rain, but,
In A it says 0 rain days all from April through September and only 1 rain day in March.
Although it's nicer to be out when it doesn't rain. No rain for 6 months doesn't sound good either.
If it leads to a long drought.

So climate B could be better against drought with some rain days most months, while still usually not that many rain days a month.

In numbers celsius 1st is better but 1st had 0 days ! Those nice temperatures. If that is Fahrenheit like we use here... way too cold.
