Yep, certainly have when I used to live in Texas. They are like an oversized convenience store with a small restaurant built in and huge bathrooms that seem to be always clean.

Definitely worth seeing at least once in your life, but it's not like you are missing out on a grand experience if you don't.

There's one in SC in Florence near where I live. Haven't gone yet but I plan to. Saw a clip of it on Tiktok. Looks like one of the best gas stations I've ever seen.
