I visited Bonaire and Guadeloupe, in the Caribbean. Bonaire is a "special municipality of the Netherlands" and Guadeloupe is an "overseas department of France." Basically, you know how the U. S. has Hawaii and it's one of the 50 states? Those are basically THAT for the Netherlands and France. So would you count this as having been to those countries?

Why are you counting it? Are you checking the number of countries you visited? Or are you going for the experience?
If you're going for the experience you can't put Bonaire and The Netherlands on the same line. They're completely different.

They're politically part of the Netherlands though. Mt. Scenery on Saba, is officially the highest mountain in the Netherlands
