If money would not play a role, then I would chose the Glacier 3000 in the area of Les Diablerets in Switzerland. The resort is featuring a peak walk suspension bridge, sledge dog rides, glacier walk.

Their website features following activities:

- ski open from November to end of April
- slopes from 3'000 to 1'300 m
- the biggest slopes in the Alpes Vaudoises : Red Run 8km and 1'700 m downhill, Combe d'Audon 7km and 1'137 m. downhill, Black Wall 6km and 1'450 m downhill from the Scex Rouge
- 1 snowpark from November to early January
- 2 loops for classic and skating cross-country skiing

That is more activities that you can jam into a day's Winter fun.
