I don't know a WHOLE lot. I know it's on the Black Sea. There are mountains, sea and lakes. It's in the region of Turkey that is more temperate than other areas of Turkey. More rainer. It's a large tea growing region. I think it's tea. There was a large Greek population there in the past.
Black Sea people in general are different from other Turks and often the butt of jokes. But the lack of international tourists means friendlier people and less scammers
