Maybe Quebec City. It's a small town with big city attractions. Everyone is so polite and respectful. Very little crime. It's Conservative and almost all White, and they have a law that everyone needs to have a job, so the government basically guarantees it. Amazing system

Depends on what you're after. Prague is nice because of it's heritage, Naples because of it's and Hong Kong, New York because of the more modern heritage. London for some has a wide range of lifestyle opportunities as does LA. However, the place to live would depend more on what it is you want to do there than the specifics of a place.
