I think it very well may be.

It was the place where Hernan Cortez landed and brought about the colonization of Mexico, and the birth of the Mestizo race and culture.

It's got one of the most beautiful, yet little known archaeological sites in Meso-America

It's got waterfalls, islands with white sand and turqoise waters and reefs, and the highest active volcano in all of North America.

It's got arguably the most beautiful city in Mexico and the world's only iron palace, designed by non-other than Gustav Eiffel and one of the highest concentrations of museums on earth

It's also got unique dishes, found nowhere else in Mexico. And lastly, it is the birthplace of El Cascabel and the famous Voladores

Do you agree? Have you been there? Would you visit? Regardless, Veracruz is extremely interesting
