Hear me out. There's this guy on Instagram who pits 2 countries, continents, states against each other, and has people vote for which they think is more beautiful. It caused quite a firestorm in the comments, and I got involved in a couple quarrels myself.

New Zealanders and Swisses were claiming their countries are more beautiful than the US, and me my fellow Americans were arguing that the US is more beautiful! With China being the only other reasonable contender.

So, OUR argument was, the US has far more variety then those countries, and landscapes you can't find elsewhere.

THEIR argument was, that the majority of the U. S. is ugly, while they're countries have more beauty per square mile.

On the flip side, some Brazilian guy called me an idiot and wanted to beat me up through the screen, because I made the same argument that they were making against the US.

But here's the thing, I make the SAME aguments, and I think BOTH are correct, depending how you look at it. Although I would pick NZ or Norway over Switzerland, as Switzerland has no coast.

THEN, we have countries like Italy, France, Lebanon, maybe even Spain that have BOTH variety AND beauty per square mile! So one of those could also be considered the most beautiful.

So what do you guys think? Let's settle this once and for all!

My cycling group are arranging a tour in Europe, but it's still early days for us, and we are at the planning stage.

But I'm dreaming about, and looking forward to those warm sunshine long days, the beautiful beaches, the clear oceans and seas we will visit.

My form of transport is a 16 inch wheel folding cycle and trains, that allows me to be transported anywhere in the country cheaply, in comfort, and with no stress.

My cycle folds up easily, and is allowed on all trains without booking.

My cycle is also allowed on all forms of public transport, also in cabs / taxis.

Being so flexible, I don't need to wear cycling gear, and I arrive at my destination similarly dressed to a car driver, without all the cost and hassle of a car.

Sometimes I do hire a car, and my cycle fits easily into the boot.

Why would anyone want to travel any other way!

What is your method of transportation?

As an avid camper, it’s always been a tough decision for me. A small travel trailer can be pulled by even an SUV or Lincoln TownCar, but hooking it up and tearing down at campsites is always a pain. Especially if you break something, like a jack, wiring on your hitch, or run into vehicle problems. But the worst (in my opinion) is strange people walking up to you when boondocking and you have to confront them getting out of the trailer. My ex was always terrified and with an RV you can just get in the drivers seat and go. Recently been looking at a DIY bus conversion, which has all the pros of both, and I like to do carpentry. Which would you get and why?

I did a European trip last year and really enjoyed it.

It covered London, Amsterdam, Munich, Austria, Venice, Switzerland and Paris.

I am thinking of doing another one this year and I am and thinking either a Central European trip that includes Berlin, Vienna, Prague and Budapest.

Or a trip that includes London, Paris, Bordeaux, northern Spain and Barcelona.

What would you go with.
