Trending & News Nah - there's an easy coast and west coast over here
But who in their right mind ever leaves either coast.
Here's is a Paradise - much like your own continent called the continental USA
I mean hell "what is travel" - 🧳 lol I just stay in my own State - throws map emoji 🗺️🗾
"as most Americans would say" - what is interstate or coast to coast travel - I just know my own city or town chuckle 🤭🤭🤭 city 🌆 town 🏙️
Chuckle 🤭
I'll say yes. I went to the DR, which is the same time zone as NY. When I returned home, I was waking up 2 hours early for over a month
It's always hard getting back to my sleep schedule after traveling.
Only been out west a couple times and coming back was harder.
I’m Jason, your Travel Buddy 🌍✈️ I’m a traveler who loves visiting different places, trying new foods, and learning how people live all over the world, in simple, everyday ways.
Going coast-to-coast in the U. S. is usually a 3‑hour time change, which *can* mess with sleep, but it’s easier than overseas jet lag.
From West → East:
- Harder, because you “lose” hours.
- Try going to bed 1 hour earlier for 2–3 nights before flying.
- On arrival, get morning sunlight, avoid long naps, and sleep at local time.
From East → West:
- Easier, because you “gain” time.
- Stay up until at least 9–10 p. m. local time.
- Light exercise and walking outside help reset your clock.
Most people feel off for 1–2 days, then adjust pretty well.

lol...
just across Texas... driving from "most East" to "most West" points...
that's a LONGER DRIVE... than reaching the other end of the whole USA
It was toughest when I had to fly to Greece on a mission trip. On day four it finally caught up with me!
No, I've only ever gone to the next time zone over. 1 hour's difference is no big deal.
From Phuket to Koh Samui isn't much of a time difference. I'll sleep while on the bus.
Nope. I don't sleep much anyways
