Nope. My sleeping schedule is pretty fucked up, ngl. Most of the time I don't get enough sleep. Lately, I've been going to bed between 2 and 4 am, and I get up pretty early, so I'm tired most of the time 😂 I also wake up during the night a lot, so it's not really helping either.

Holy shit no! I try to get 4-5 hours before work, sometimes napping before. My weekends are insane! 7 hours ago I was pretty much a zombie on the toilet. Since then I've managed to get drunk, manage my kitchen space, and rotisserie a beautiful lobster tail. Later I will most likely go on a music binge then pass out on my couch and wake up zombiefied again.
No. I go to sleep at around 5am, wake up at 12pm, get to work at 1pm, leave work at 9pm, get dinner after 10pm, get home at 10:30pm, and do creative stuff at 11pm until 5am.
no, I usually go to sleep at 6 am and wake up at 2 or 3 pm. I need to get it better but I have no motivation in doing so cause if I need to wake up early I just wake up early and on sleep 2 or 4 hours, it doesn't really matter to me, I'm used to being tired.

Yes, I go to bed at 11pm and get up at 6am every day I'm working. On my day offs, I get up at 8.
Luckily, I managed to improve my habit of getting up to pee, so Im quite happy with my sleep schedule atm.mines is all over the place to good early night for a week nd a few days then more bad late nights more it back and forth my sleeping pattern all messed up
Nope not at all. My kids keep me up late and wake me up early. Even when they sleep I'm up stressing. Normal night I get about 1-3 hours of sleep, good night ill get 4-5 hours.

I sleep around 3:30 am averagely and wake up in 6 am. I take naps and it isn't healthy at all but my sleeping schedule is pretty fixed.
Yes it seems to run from about 9 or 10 pm. to around 5 am. That isn't saying I actually sleep through all those hrs. Most nights I'm lucky to get 5 hrs.
