What's your sleep schedule like? Do you get enough sléep?

i am not a morning person so this is huge struggle for me as i have to get up early in the morning cause of work. I am a bit better at going to sleep earlier to get a 8-9h of sleep but its hard to be disciplined, also i dont always sleep soundly :(( So no, not satisfied with amout of sleep I get. I usually go to sleep at 11pm and wake up at 7am. It is important tho to stick to scedule as your body than naturally tunes into it.

My sleep is way messed up at mo. I'm a morning person but nobody is around in the day! So just as I want to go sleep suddenly people are talking to me! So I end up staying up way too late. Being tired. And needing to take naps!!

I'm so close to just giving it all up to get control of myself again!!

Its definitely improved in comparison to how I slept while in my 2019-2024 relationships. Now i sleep around 10pm if im really tired after the gym or if i have a headache. But i definitely still stay up 2-3 nights a week past midnight. I wake at 7:30 almost everyday and that bothers me because on weekends I like to sleep til 10a. I was up 5:30 Saturday

I’ve got a 3 month old baby so my sleep schedule revolves around him. We usually go to bed around midnight-2am, he wakes up around 4am, 6am and 9am to eat. We go back to sleep after every feeding and usually wake up around 10-11am.

Lately I am getting enough sleep. I an sleeping at least 8 hours at night and two in the afternoon.
