Remember we were talking about this Desi. because of my intense job and the level of attention that is needed to carry out my daily job. I got to make. Sure I get my full 7-8hours rest otherwise I'm likely to lose 30percemt of concentration during the day.
So by minutes to 11pm I have to start snuggling up between the sheets. To wake up for 5.00am. So of late I had to sacrifice my masturbation routine in order that I can stay on track with my routine because like we spoke about it. You know what Will happen if I don't.

I usually go to sleep 1am snd wake up at 7am-8am. But lately, I've been going to sleep a little later ( I think you know why 😉).
I want to say sorry but im also not that sorry cause i love being the reason you stay up late 💋

I sleep around 10:30-11 pm and wake at 5:00 am in the Morning.(Earlier i used to go to gym but after corona i have currently left) Then some household works, then helping my mom to cook food. Then at 10 am i go for my business and come home at 7 pm and then mostly i spend time with my home or family members. And eat dinner at 9:00 pm.
All Basically i am living a boring life. Coz basically i am an introvert person and i like to be in my home and i don't have any friends.
That's how i am.
I love being home, cut off friends by choice and i think my life is amazing. Screw what others think
It's really simple. I go to lie down for like an hour without sleeping, then get up, go eat something. I fall asleep around 23:30. Then wake up at 02:30, eat, check the news. Then fall asleep after 03:30, wake up at 07:30, eat, check the news. If I am not working that day or start late, I go back to bed afterwards for a while without sleeping. If I really have to, I go straight to my work desk with breakfast in hand. If somehow I have the time and I didn't sleep enough, I still sleep for like 2 hours after breakfast to catch up.
I can also shift the whole thing by +2/-2 hours if needed. The benefit is, I got really good at sleeping on demand, whenever I need to :-D

It sucks when you have broken or less sleep than you need. I find the first day I'm OK it's like my body jolts into a extreme power mode then the next day I'm low.

My sleep schedule is all over the place. Some days I sleep at 11pm some times I sleep at 2am
What pisses me off is that due to my neighbours messing with my sleep schedule.
Staying up and loud til late or the baby waking and crying at night.
I almost always wake around 5.20am now I'm not at work I try to back to sleep but I've set my TV to switch on at 10am so I don't waste the day.
Surprisingly i feel wide awake at work
Monday THROUGH Friday
Wake up at 12pm to 12:10pm.
Shower and brush teeth at 12:15.
Leave for work at 12:45pm.
Arrive at work at 1pm.
Start teaching at 3pm.
Get off work at 8pm.
Go to kickboxing gym from 8:10 to 10pm.
Get dinner at 10:15 or 10:30.
Get home at 11pm.
Work on stuff, watch YouTube, or dick around on this site until 5am (Free Time).
Go to bed at 5 to 5:30am.

At my old job as a chef, i go to sleep between 10 and 11 pm and woke up at 5 am, did that for about 4½ years. Now! Uneven weeks (like this week) i go to sleep just like i did at my old job, and on even weeks (next week) i go to sleep beyween 2 - 2:30 am and wake up between 9-10 am.

I usually go to bed at around 4 or 5 am. Almost all of my classes are in the afternoon and I have one class in the evening. I usually get up around 11 and sometimes noon when I have to go to class. On Fridays and weekends I sleep in very late (sometimes until 1:30 or 2 in the afternoon). I know my sleep schedule sounds really bad 😂

My sleep schedule is all over the place I’ve always had a hard time sleeping even as a baby my mom said I never slept and when I did she literally put signs out front telling people to go to the side door and especially nowadays since I got hurt I wake up every few hours at best from the pain

my circadian rhythm's messed up, i stay up all night & exercise at like 4am with zero energy, then i fall asleep at around 1pm & wake up at 6, or just stay up if i hav school
actively seeing how sleep deprivation's worsening my health is fun, but i think i'll be getting some medication soon
Damn exercise at 4am
Everyday I wake up at 4 AM and start to brew my Arabian 100% organic coffee. Then head to gym at 4:45 AM. After gym I eat a nice breakfast at 6:30 AM. Then I like to check my stock investments, by 10 AM I brush my teeth and go to bed. Then repeat process.

Now that i am retired my schedule is all screwed up. Most days i fall asleep around 3am and awake around 3pm. Twelve hours is way too much sleep but i just don’t feel like getting out of bed since i don’t have any place to be and my bed is so warm and cozy

I sleep at 2 am mostly and wake up at 5 am. And if I'm free then I take naps so basically the minimum hours I sleep is 3 hrs and maximum is 9 hrs. Depends on how much work I have done the whole day. I can also sleep 9:30 pm - 6 am.

I go to sleep around 10-11 pm, wake up every damn night between 2-3 am sometimes I fall asleep again immediately but sometimes I'm awake until like 5 am and at 6:30 am I have to get up for work.. sleep disorder wuhu..

Nowadays I sleep early around 12am and wake up at 6:30-7 am which I sometimes fail to follow but that’s what’s supposed to keep me healthy so I try following it daily.
During work I feel a bit yawny post lunch but I choose not to sleep as that would again disturb my sleep schedule.
Yes lunch makes me so tired
I sleep when I can, irrespective of the time. Partly because I've got a 3 year old son and every second counts, but mostly because I suffer chronic insomnia and bouts of narcolepsy so I need to catch up a lot.

I need at least 7-8 hours of good sleep to stay focused for the entire day.
I sleep at 10:30 pm and wake up at 6:30 am.
Lol i can function on 5+ hours. Just not anything less
9:30-10:00 to 5Am (many times get up Earlier or in the Middle of the Night for awhile). If you have Something on your Mind or Stressed or just Have a Problem in Sleeping, Try Melatonin. xxoo
Yea i prefer not to take meds. I just massage my ear with a qtip and fall right asleep lmao

I typically hit the sack between 2:00 and 2:30am and get up between 10:00 and 10:30.

Sorry for the lack of replies; I've been busy and distracted and honestly, I forgot about this website., but since you asked... I don't have a sleep schedule. I need one, but I can't go to sleep at a certain.. Though, I do wake up at about 8 or 6, or 10-12. It depends on what day it is. I know it's no help to you, but you asked and I replied truthfully so... 🤷
It was messed up two months ago. Because I have evening classes, I used to go to bed around 4 or 5 a. m. and wake up around noon.
Now that it's mended, I go to bed at 11 p. m., wake up at 6 a. m., and take a nap after school.
I did that on karaoke nights
my sleep is relatively regular. I crash out at between midnight and 1 am, and wake up between 8 and 9 am and go in to work at 10 am. I am the 10 to 7 guy.. Unless im on call, then i am the 10 am to 10 guy for two weeks.
