Sleep from 4am to whenever I naturally wake up. Usually 9-11am. Haven't set an alarm clock in years. 2nd shift is the best. Stay up late and sleep in. Its awesome.
Let's be honest, that depends on how much "personal time" I take when going into and going out of bed. I go to bed around midnight and need to be at my pc at 10am. I try to sleep 8 hours between that.

Bed around 10:30 up by 6:30. Weekends are up by 7:30 on Saturday and Sunday sleep in and go to brunch with the family.

You need to stop staying up until 4 AM. That's what's making it so difficult for you to fall asleep at 11. You need to reset your cycle.
