
This is mostly for people over 30 :)
I was fine for a long time and then I noticed changes slowly. I couldn't adjust my sleep schedule as easily anymore, I couldn't just sleep when I wanted to. I adjusted to it slowly but the changes didn't stop. But because they were slow I didn't always adjust the way I behaved immediately and that lead to problems. But now I've reached a point where I had to take it seriously. I set an alarm every evening for when I should get ready to go to bed and it worked well. It gave me structure and that's all I really needed my brain knew now it's time to sleep and that was all it really needed :)
Maybe in the future I'll have to get more elaborate but for now I'm happy.
