When my wife and I have together time, it's in the early evening before she has to go to sleep. I'm retired but she still works. We shower before hand.
Afterwards, I stay up and do stuff on my laptop until around 2:00. Then I brush my teeth and wash my face. When I first come to bed, I pet the cat who sleeps on the foot of our bed between us. I sleep raw and am usually under the covers by 2:30. I fall asleep pretty quickly.
My wife gets up around 6:30 or 7:00 to feed the cats and get ready for work. She usually kisses me goodby and leaves around 9:30. I usually get up around 10:00.
Wash, put on sleep shorts, make two 350ml flasks of tea, take off leg (prosthetic), drink first flask while I settle my son (he still co-sleeps because of nightmares), watch Netflix for a couple of hours while I drink the second flask, turn off lights and listen to 30 minutes of whatever I'm listening to on audible. Swear. Turn light back on. Put leg back on. Make more tea. Watch more Netflix. Curse the chronic insomnia. Repeat.
Eventually I might get 3 hours sleep before my kid wakes me around 5:30am because he wants to watch "Blippi".
Hi get my bath then lye with ma pajamas on until bed time watch some movies talk on here somerimes read my book about uma thurman get naked nd sleep with a pillow beetwen my legs with them streched out for comfort
I shower, and drink extra liquids and load up on antioxidants and I might have a healthy snack like oatmeal with banana or kimchi or yogurt, and than I send my daily bible verses to people and go to bed.

Brushing my teeth and then doing my night skin care and then I am off to bed by 10:30 pm in average. Getting prepared for bed takes me only 15 mins unless I took a shower. And then I do my writing job till 3 am sneakingly when others are asleep. And I go to sleep by 3:15 am in average mostly nowadays.
I usually slip into my boxers AND my shorts for my pjs if it's warm enough outside. (Shorts as well in case I need to run out of the house cause it's on fire. I wouldn't mind being in my boxers, but I think other people might.)
Then I watch TV until I am ready to fall asleep. And then I switch the show/movie to like stand up comedy so I can close my eyes, listen to the voices, and block out the inner voice in my head.
More of a pre-sleep routine? I walk around and pick up any trash that may lay around, put used cups/mugs in the dishwasher, dirty clothes in the laundry basket, etc. It works as a sort of mental cleanup as well, so to speak. 🤔
Just shower, brush teeth, watch some YouTube in an oversized tee or something then sleep lol. I’ll put moisturiser on my face if I remember but my skin is pretty clear and I cba for the most part

well i just take my pants off and just lay in bed in a t shirt and underwear. i usually browse this site a little more, maybe listen to music or watch a youtube video. then drift off to sleep eventually.

I just make sure my phone is plugged in, a fan's pointed towards me, & all my clothes but my underwear hit the floor. Oh and I also turn on a stopwatch on my pc. That way I'll always have a good idea when I fell asleep in case I wake up too soon.
I simply set an alarm and sleep in whatever comfortable clothes I was wearing at the time. But I'm not always able to sleep right away unless I'm extremely tired, usually takes me around an hour or 2 after laying down to finally fall asleep.
Shower, electric toothbrush and PJ picking is about all I do before I crawl into bed and drift off. According to Fitbit, I have the most highly rated sleep in my friends circle. lol.

Usually it takes me 3 hours to fall asleep when I get home and I could sleep for 10 hours, with breaks in-between of course but I don't think I really ever figured a routine because I'm always active, like I could be in the middle of a nap and just wake up to jot some ideas from my dream. That's what a routine is for me lol.
I pee and brush my teeth. Then I put on my pajamas and put water in my CPAP machine. I lie in bed watching television for 15-20 minutes and then put my CPAP mask on and try to go to sleep. Sometimes it takes over an hour or more.

Honestly I have a hard time falling asleep. I think it's because my job can be very stressful. I need time for my body, mind and emotions to calm down enough to feel tired. Unless I take some Zzzquil or masturbate.

I do shower first then light drinks and mostly sleep nude or boxer shorts, depending on my girlfriend's desire.

Either I go to sleep at six am during the normal five business days or I don't sleep at all. During the weekend I sleep about fourteen hours or sixteen hours. If I do sleep on the normal business days I only sleep about 3 or 4 hours.
