Trending & News Hmm 5-7 hours during the hotter months. I'm either too hot or too cold from the fan or air conditioning. I struggle to fall asleep when I feel overheated or uncomfortable. I usually browse the internet until I get sleepy and just lay miserably.
During the cooler months I sleep 7-9hours because it's easier to fall asleep and stay asleep and feel extra cozy.
A couple of years ago in my last year of high school I never slept more than 5 hours during the week but at the weekend it would go up to around 10 hours. Now I'm at uni I basically always sleep 8 hours and feel absolutely dead if I get less x)
When I'm on rotation about 4 hours a day (I work nights). When off rotation I get about 6 hours. 7-8 if I had a real hard night.
I have a real comfortable bed so when I get up, it feels like I have slept for 12 hours or more.
Are you married? If yes, are you a housewife?
I usually sleep between 6 to 7 hours...
No to both of your questions
Well if you were happily married, you'd sleep comfortable at night and won't wake up like this and if you were a housewife, you can wake up at anytime you want cause there is no job to force you, waking up in the morning!

On a good night, I'll sleep for 30-45 min total. Normally in 5 min intervals, but most nights it's about 15 min or less. Unless I take a few handfuls of things to help me sleep, then I get my best sleep about an hour but again broken up into little bits
If u workout in the evening u get better sleep at night ;if u workout in the morning u get more energy for the day.. just letting u know😬😬
Thanks!
I sleep about the same, the waking up often is what's causing you to not feel rested. I used to do that too, most likely mine is sleep apnea but I can't say for sure. I work at night so my sleep schedule is weird also.
6-7 hours during the work week and 8 on weekends, it’s funny I’ve actually started sleeping on a yoga mat on the hard floor cuz it’s better for your back/makes your body stronger, I sleep better and only need about 6 hours
If I abstain from caffeine and any other mind-altering substance I can sleep as much as I want and I don't feel restless or get anxiety. The symptoms of caffeine withdrawal can persist for over 2 months depending on how dependent you are. Sleep and general anxiety improves after 2-3 days (caffeine has a 6-8 hour half-life) but just one cup of coffee restarts that process. Overall withdrawal symptoms can last over 2 months.
First keep in mind that whole point of sleeping is to take rest , yea? Now one very important thing do u wake up rest and fresh? To me duration of sleep depends of school and shedule in it sometimes i get 5h of sleep sometimes 10 BUT our brain mostly rest from hard day between 9pm to 2am or more precisely between 9pm and midnight if u miss that part of night u can sleep all day that will not be enought u even have that chinese proverh : " 1h of sleep before midnigh is same like 2h after" .

I sleep between 3 to 6 hours on average a day. I find it very difficult to get to sleep and stay asleep. I have occasional day time drowsiness. That happens maybe 2 times a week. I think that I should sleep more so it bothers me.
I need at least 8 hours to be fully awake during the next day, and if I get less than 7 hours I feel extremely sick the following day.
Most comfortable is 10-12 hours for me, but usually I get 8-10
I haven't slept well in years. I'm in bed for 6-8 hours most nights, but I rarely fall asleep right away, and I toss, turn, and snore all night. I haven't lost my mind yet, so whatever I'm getting must be enough... for now.
