I generally only get 5-6 hours per night, which is why I'm always tired...
I have chronic insomnia. Sometimes I get 4 to 6 hours sometimes I get 8 to 12 hours and a lot of times I go days without being able to sleep...
Last "night" aka 10 am-12 am, 2 hours.
Usually 8-9 hours.
I sleep off and on, nut i get 3 hours at night... not a great sleeper at the moment, to much stress.
About 5 hrs and I wake up about 5 times during those 5 hours.
my sleep is worst a lot of times, because of my insomnia, my sleep is mostly disturbed because of my insomnia, its really hard for me to fall asleep and STAY ASLEEP.
I'm a terrible sleeper, I usually get around 4-5 hours according to my Fitbit
I don't know sometimes like 6 hours other times 12 hours I am extremely inconsistent its probably not healthy.-.
Me? more than 20 hrs. If possible 😂 but my life won't be easy after that😂
From when I go to sleep to the time I get out of bed, about 6 hours. And I usually wake up 2 or 3 times during the night, too.

It depends on my neighbours. 6 hours is possible. Sometimes a little more

maybe u have insomnia or depression or anxiety please if u have them cure
during work days less than 4 hours sleep. Nowadays get to sleep 7-9 hours

I used to need to sleep 10 hours, yet after 1 and a half months doing CrossFit I'm good between 7-8 hours

Anymore than 6 and i wake up tired. Thats an age thing though
