I generally only get 5-6 hours per night, which is why I'm always tired...
I have chronic insomnia. Sometimes I get 4 to 6 hours sometimes I get 8 to 12 hours and a lot of times I go days without being able to sleep...
Last "night" aka 10 am-12 am, 2 hours.
Usually 8-9 hours.
I sleep off and on, nut i get 3 hours at night... not a great sleeper at the moment, to much stress.
About 5 hrs and I wake up about 5 times during those 5 hours.
