I voted Arizona. I've been to California, mainly LA, and was not impressed at all on the contrary was quite disappointed.

I went to San Francisc when I was 6 years old. I remember being gutted that the bridge wasn't actually golden! Everything lets you down...

I've never been to Arizona so I can't really judge it but I think even if I had, I would still choose California.
