Miniso has seen branches popping up all over China and boasts “Japanese brands” and “100% Japanese quality” all for the reasonable price of 10 yuan (US$1.60). It’s called “Meiso” in its native language of Japanese where it is said to have found major success… which is interesting because there doesn’t seem to be a single Meiso outlet in the whole country of Japan.(there’s the name of Meiso which is eerily similar to that of Daiso, a popular Japanese discount chain.
Chinese are notorious for intellectual theft. Basically they buy a great product from the west, Japan or korea in small numbers and reverse engineer it, they then build an exact copy that's maybe not as well made but considerably cheaper. Often they don't try to hide it to well for instance if you like Honda cars maybe you will like "Yonda" cars.
Chinese be shady commie. They can’t invent or be creative on their own so if they aren’t trying to steal military secrets they are stealing noodle secrets. They are a piece of crap as a whole. The only decent thing about China is Kung fu. Even then when compared to practical arts like Krav Maga. Kung fu ain’t much outside of a movie theater.

It is like street painter sell those painter in Paris
that is drawn by chinese if you watch amazing race you will see that in the race. So why you want to go to Paris to buy that? They know first when Umbrella Revolution in paris order the clothes and you can predict if that expand if they keep on ordering.
I'm not familiar with the brand but Japanese products are known to be high quality, unlike their Chinese counterparts. They're just trying to take advantage of it
People are starting to dislike China and their shitty products, so I guess they feel people will be more likely to purchase it if they think it's Japanese.
