Do you find it ironic that BLM is protesting the Rittenhouse trial?

I'm wondering if they leave a noticed they're there to protest an outcome or changing outcome for that matter in a case of a white guy shooting three other white guys? I'm very confused at what BLM actually stands for anyway. They seem to care about black lives that matter to their cause not to Black lives in general.

I would have thought it would be quite obvious why BLM would be there. First of all the trial has been a mess and the judge in particular should probably consider a new profession because that was disgraceful. Considering this is an important court case its not that much to ask for it to be handled better.

But perhaps more importantly, Kyle Rittenhouse made a series of increasingly dangerous and stupid decisions that ended up with people being killed in a protest. BLM which is a political movement centered around protests and marches I dont think its very strange that they dont want idiots like Kyle Rittenhouse to cause lethal incidents all over the place.

From all the videos I watched and the trial itself Kyle did nothing wrong. I liked the judge because he took no crap. Hey shut up and prosecutor that was trying to get a mistrial. How did Kyle make stupid decisions or being irresponsible when he had every opportunity to cause harm or death to anyone but only used his weapon when he was being attacked and his own life was in danger. The irresponsible ones are the protesters or rioters themselves. It makes a heck of a lot more sense for Kyle to be there to protect his family's property than it does for the rioters to be there at all. BLM is a domestic terrorist organization with a facade of a political movement. You are correct in one thing, I'm sure they don't want any more Kyle Rittenhouse's at the riots they would much rather have police departments that do nothing, and politicians who do nothing but cheer them on. We need more Kyle's.

I dont like the Judge. First of all he is extremely dramatic and appears to have shown clear bias towards the defense with for example forbidding calling the victims the correct term "victims" but on the other hand allowed charged terms such as "lotter" "rioter" etc.. That makes no sense to me and is clearly giving preferential treatment towards Kyle by allowing derogatory terms to describe the victims and forbidding positive terms.

There are also several cases of the Judge stepping in to forbid evidence to be shown in court by the prosecutor which includes incredibly stupid reasons such as visually enhanced images since apparently AI anti-aliasing tampers with evidence or outright call evidence as "False".

In a case like this where the country is watching it would be much better to have a more impartial judge than Bruce Schroeder and it shows in my opinion based on how he acted out several times in defense of Kyle Rittenhouse when its not his job.

As for the wrong things that Kyle did? Lets start with the fact that he decided by himself to go to another state and "protect property" without the consent of the property owner. This is vigilantism and is dangerous. Secondly he used an illegal firearm (and no I do not care that he managed to find a loophole), thirdly in his terrible judgement he managed to put himself in a dangerous situation where he himself argues he had to use lethal violence to defend himself.

That is a series of incredibly stupid and reckless decisions that could (and did) put other people in danger and personal harm. Right wing people always go on about being responsible and especially in regards to handling firearms but in this case Kyle himself very predictably put himself in that spot. Its unarguably his fault that he was there.

Kyle was the victim who was forced to do something that he certainly did not want to do or he could have done it to hundreds of people. Kyle was the one being attacked not the rioters.

Obviously I don't know where you're from or how things are done there.. I know here in a small town that I'm from if our town was being looted rioters were destroying it there would be several more than myself there with guns to protect it. As a matter of fact BLM attempted a rally here in our town and we're kindly escorted back to the county line. Kyle was no more wrong in this than the rioters were being there in the first place. There wasn't no loophole the law is the law. If the prosecutor had taken any time to prepare for this case he would have already known that and would not have charged cow with the possession of the rival. He charged his kid within 48 hours of this happening that's ridiculous. What evidence could he have gathered in 48 hours to warrant an arrest. It's a joke trial on Trump up charges politically motivated by left-wing radicals.

Honestly, I don't think they know what they are protesting/rioting against most of the time.
1. You have a significant portion of the media that takes advantage of this situation and puts false reports. Let us be honest.. they are more interested in $$, power, political clot.. etc than anything else.
2. You have a public that is largely ignorant of what is going on in most of these cases.
I even met people who thought Rittenhouse killed black people
3. The BLM has very few platforms that actually make sense.. or have any relevance to reality.

They are not protesting It was a riot they are rioters. When you start criminal activity it's a riot. All three of those dudes were going after Kyle not the other way around. Watch the video yourself not what CNN is feeding you. You will NOT find one second Kyle was the aggressor. Three grown men attacking a 17 yr old kid, they just brought a skateboard to a gunfight. One of the three did have a gun which HE ADMITTED to pointing at Kyle before Kyle fired. All in a city Kyle's dad lives in 20 minutes away from his mother's house. The fact he went into another state doesn't mean shit. Oh one last thing Kyle owned his rifle legally. When you get down to it he got rid of a child sex offender and rapist. Oh well

Saying them being murdered at a protest is wrong doesn’t mean you agree with everything the did in their past? This has less to do with the victim and more to do with the perpetrators intentions. The constant digging up of these peoples pasts is just a way to try and justify what happened to them when in reality it has nothing to do with what kind of person they were. Its not like rittenhouse had super psychic abilities to detect who commuted criminal acts in the past?

If the other guy wasn’t convicted that is a failure of the criminal justice system, a 17 year old boy has not authority to be some kind of vigilante going to another state. Obtaining a gun illegally and putting “justice” in his own hands
