This is a terrible question. Insanity is a legal concept, not a medical one. The closest we can come medically to the concept of "insanity" is called Psychosis, and Amber Heard is not psychotic at all. However, she does have a personality disorder called "Borderline Personality Disorder" which is extremely serious. She was also diagnosed with a second personality disorder called "Histrionic" which I think is questionable, but elements of it might be present as well.
