Black lady freaks out and the white lady behind camera mocks her. The retail store according to this title did give to the black lady who was waiting for it and gave it to the white lady instead. I understand race should be an issue but will welcome to Earth.

Very poor customer service, to say can't sell you this with the pillows but then tell the next person they can.

That is straight up lying to a customer, and busted... although how the whole yelling thing started, no idea, as recording doesn't show that detail.

Calling the police is funny though, they can't make them sell you something.

She'd have been better off leaving, spreading word of mouth about that shithole place of business and writing bad reviews, as there is a lot of businesses that no longer exist due to poor customer service.

I want to know what or where this business is and this video only shows how bad it is, this way I can avoid that place forever and if it is a chain avoid them too... because I'd expect the same if I tried, being lied to.

This reminds me of when my parents got my car from the dealership. The guy was detailing it getting ready to bring it to my parents and some guy comes along and brings it over to an old white woman ready to buy it. Now of course the old white woman had no idea the the car was already bought… words were exchanged and best believe I got my car. It’s definitely the retailers fault.

Racism has been going away for decades and decades and prior to the recent deliberate escalation it was almost gone. Cancel history and white doesn't help it makes it far worse! I don't believe the store was wrong but its bad customer service intentional or a mistake that possibly cost them a 2nd sale as well as future buisness but at the end of the day cash is king and a reservatuon is not a sale.

The white woman should have taken the sale and not acted like such a price. I mean who acts like this taking pleasure in the misery of others.

The black woman should control herself and as an adult should know that you don't own a thing until you paid for it reserved or not. Even if she had a deposit put down on it the store could always sell it and just refund her deposit. Never put a deposit on anything because if the store goes bankrupt or you can come up with the rest you lose your deposit.

What I take away from this is not the question of who is to blame but the behaviour of both the black woman and white woman but this is to be expected in 2022, people don't know how to act with dignity and manners as well as the obvious fact we are heading to a severe mental health crisis.

I 100% agree, I found the full video finally and she didn't even reserve it but I agree about how they both acted liked little kids. Which is the main underlying problem of todays society.

Yeah, hard to say. I sell and trade guitars often and constantly get "I really want it" from people who never produce the cash or try to talk me down, knowing others are interested. Unless I get a deposit I do not hold it.

For items like clothing.. they’ll hold it for like 24 hours until you come back and decide to buy it, but furniture.. I think if you want that reserved, you need to buy it because they don’t know if you’ll change your mind and furniture is expensive and they’re trying to make a sale so I don’t blame them.

Well she didn't reserve it. The retailer said he can't sell it to her without a pillow. Then I guess finds out later he can but sells it without a pillow to the white lady instead. Did you watch the video?
