Why did this customer flip out at me?

So this customer was at self check out and she was doing fine. And then she was name calling me as I walked by her and called me lazy and said horrible customer service. She was at self check out and was doing fine I did not understand why did she flip out at me?

They joys of a customer service job. You'll get customers like this a lot. I couldn't image doing a job in customer service. I have a lot of respect for people than can do it. Got to have thick skin!
