My optician told me, (which has already been mentioned) floaters. Now, I don’t know if this is a myth, but apparently eating fresh pineapple is supposed to reduce them.

Yes! I woke up one day and there they were - in both eyes!
Turns out I have an eye disease (Pars Planitis). What I am seeing are my white corpuscles that are in front of each eye lens. It looks to me like I am looking under a microscope and they move and cross over each other. Some people might call them floaters, but now I know why I have them. It's some sort of inflammation in my eyes that never goes away.

They're not floaters, you're eyes needed to be open for that. If they're bright it's down to a harmless chemical reaction.
