Maybe Harold Shipman, the doctor who killed a bunch of patients in England would count but I don't think either England or South Africa has anything like Zodiac or Unabomber.

Well we have for your enjoyment the North Milwaukee Strangler Walter Ellis. Then we the Butcher of Plainfiel Ed Gein. ( You gotta look this guy up. They made horror movies after him.) Then we have David Spanbauer the Serial Killer of Appleton Now we come to crème de la crème of Wisconsin low lifes Jeffrey Dahmer I don't even have to tell you anything about this guy. This guy might tie Ed Gein for being the most twisted and sickest bastard.

  There was also another bad one in the next province over from me called "The pig farm killer." they even made a movie or documentary about it. He was another guy killing prostitutes.
