To buy votes all he has to do is do what democrat politicians have been doing for decades and that is to promise a chicken in every pot. That is make promises they have no intention of keeping or that benefit their political donners sold to voters as helping them. A good example would be if Biden offered to pay $50,000 on every new mortgage of low income families, well naturally house prices would deliberately be put up by $50,000 and the banks would figure out a way of exploiting that in the long run.
