Donald Trump has now been indicted? What's going to happen next?

I can turn on Fox and watch the worst the Republican Party has to offer come to his defense for absolutely no reason, maybe even shed a tear for him. LMAO. He's going to be arraigned for TAX fraud, magadolts. It doesn't have ANYTHING to do his Presidential acts - that comes later. Are any Maga's dumb enough to think he DIDN'T commit fraud? ER, yeah, you all think he's never done a thing wrong. LOL

Keep these FACTS in mind while you watch it all come down:

* In 2015 before announcing his candidacy, Trump was both hated and dismissed by nearly every single Republican in Congress!
* When they realized he was attracting large numbers of supporters, they immediately jumped on his bandwagon outwardly, but amongst themselves, nearly ALL still hated him but stayed for the votes.

IF... and imagine this... Let's say 70%, or some other large number of MAGA nuts were to announce tomorrow that they're "no longer supporting Trump, have lost faith in him, and will NOT VOTE for anyone who remains a Trump supporter".

EVERY single one of his Republican supporters who suddenly say " Well, it's our duty to represent our constituents and their voice matters, so we hear you, and the Party will find a new leader" ... etc, ad naseum.

These Repubs are only there if the VOTES for themselves are there. They too wish Trump would go away, but they're too cowardly to confront their voters. Hence, watching and listening to them is an exercise in vomiting in your own mouth.

He will be arraigned in Manhattan next week.
They will take his mug shot.
He will be released since he is not a significant flight risk.
In about 6 months to a year, he will stand trial in Manhattan if he doesn't plead out before that.
If he stands trial, he has a decent chance of being acquitted but he may not risk conviction and take a plea deal that involves a hefty fine but not jail time.

His mug shot will win the Pulitzer Prize in Breaking News Photography, if it's eligible.

Now he'll go to NY next week once the secret service are prepared. Then he'll processed, which means fingerprinted and mugshot, hopefully in an orange jumpsuit and handcuffs. Then they'll see a pre-trial date with the plea. And then he'll go into delay mode while he tries to drag it out until he's dead along with his dozen other current or future court proceedings.

the charges require the prosecutor to prove not that he took an action but that he knew it was illegal and he wanted to do it for a specific reason.

which is basically impossible. the charges will be dropped by a higher court, he will be acquitted, or we will have a civil war and put newyorkers in a mass grave

He is going to have a rally someplace next weekend and it will draw a record number of supporters. He will rise some more in the national polls. Fat Alvin's case will eventually stall and finally be dismissed with no fanfare.
