Watching CNN a few minutes ago they issued a major alert that potential domestic terror groups are angry and talking online to plan attacks in the USA this afternoon.

Have you ever seen these online groups and could you say where they are talking?

Generally you have to get an invite for the serious rooms but you can use TOR (the onion router) to get dark web access.
