Recently I’ve been feeling like I’m running out of time, and lost. It even feels like there just isn’t much left to live for, and that I want to die. I have trouble trusting the girl who says she loves me, and wish I could just wake up and feel like myself again. Has anyone else felt like this? How did you change your feelings? Or do they haunt you forever? Please help, I just want some help.

Seek out a therapist, or there are free counselling services online (depending on where you live). Everyone feels lost sometimes, and at one point or another, everyone feels as if time is running out. I’ve felt the same way many times, and currently am feeling the same way, but not for the same reasons as you are. The best thing that you can do is seek out a mental health professional, who can talk through this with you, and provide methods and coping mechanisms for you to work through it.
The feeling of not having much to live for is very concerning. Once those thoughts start, they can escalate if you don’t seek out proper help.
Sometimes I worry that my brain and soul are too far gone into the dark to come back. I’ll look up the stuff you talked about, but I’m scared I will be judged or laughed at by them.
You won’t be judged or laughed at. It’s literally their job to help you. Mental health isn’t a laughing matter. And there’s no such thing as being too far gone into the dark to come back. It’s not a case of coming back. It’s a case of making it out the other side. The dark isn’t infinite unless you let it be.
Every day.. but I find myself at the end if the day. 😅
