It has been reported that Joe Biden had tested positive for Covid. He cancelled his appearances until further notice. He may have got it in Vegas. I guess what happens in Vegas always doesn't stay in Vegas.

I do not think he really has Covid. I think all the drugs that have been giving him and all the appearances he has been on the verge of a nervous breakdown. He needs a few weeks off.

If his doctors believe he has Covid, I will trust that more than you diagnosing him without being a doctor and without medically examining him. Did you get that from your ouija board? Whatever his doctors are treating him with it is better than Trump swearing by Hydroxychloroquine to treat Covid, when it is an anti-malarial drug which has no effect on Covid.

Biden's schedule with NATO and international leaders in addition to dealing with domestic problems probably have run him down so that Covid could make him quite sick. At least he is not getting on stage and moving his arms like he is jerking off two guys. Anybody who does that is definitely mentally ill.

Dr. O Connor is not an MD. He is an O. D. He was an associate of the Bidens and it looks like Biden did not like the government supplied doctor who would not keep quiet about how mentally compromised the current president really is so they got Dr O'Connor to be the doctor.

An OD is an overdose. I imagine you are referring to a DO. A DO gets the same basic training is and MD. They pretty much do the same job, but the doctor with osteopathic training will generally look at more than what an MD does. They both treat the same things, have the same abilities to prescribe medications, etc., but the DO will perform a more holistic, whole person type of care, which is often better than the MD.
As for his mental state, Biden receives regular visits from a neurological doctor from Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
No doctor should be publicly speaking about their patients. If the patient is important to the welfare of the country, there are people who receive that info. If there was a doctor who was telling the world that Biden is mentally compromised, then that "doctor" is probably a quack and should not be allowed to practice anywhere.
So Biden is under the regular care of a DO who is fully qualified for the position, plus gets visits from an expert in neurological issues. I know that does not support the misinformation you want to spread, but it is the truth.
