he was convicted of sexual assault. not rape. that's the same bullshit argument media is making against trump. sexual assault can be a slap on the ass. not saying that this is appropriate or ok. just saying it's not rape by a long shot and i think this sort of narrative is quite unfair to actual rape victims cause it just ridicules their actual suffering.

Happy justice has been delivered and everyone knows the scumbag he is. A lot of celebrities are scumbags from Amber Heard to Harvey Weinstein to Bill Cosby to many others. Justice & accountability matters and I believe the jury reached a verdict that the victims will be satisfied with.

As far as circumstances go, seems he could either have settled out of court or taken it to trail. He chose the wrong option.

Not a criminal case. Not enough evidence to convicted in a criminal case. It was a civil case and basically her word against his that it wasn't consensual was enough to earn her $268,603.
