Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frye is getting the residents of Minneapolis as stirred up as possible with misstatements and empty threats. A woman who tried to run over ICE agents was shot and killed. The mayor has blamed it on ICE and does not take any responsibility himself. His thinly veiled threats will get additional people killed which obviously is his goals.

He had instructed Minneapolis police to not give ICE any cooperation then complains when additional ICE agents are deployed. He complains that ICE does not inform him what they are doing. He denies that there are illegal aliens in Minneapolis and ICE is just there to rip families apart.

He goes back to his nice warm office while a woman is dead and undoubtedly more will follow.

The mayor has created the situation that precipitated into a situation where an ICE agent's life was in jeopardy and a civilian was killed. By inflaming the crowd and preventing the local police from assisting ICE he created this situation. Buy blaming ICE and not taking responsibility makes the probability it happens again.
His rhetoric blaming ICE and telling them to "get the fuck out of Minneapolis" and saying that the woman was simply blocking the street when the truth is he has no idea what really happened he will cause another fatality and finally he will get his wish and President Trump will have to declare martial law in the city.

As the ICE agent approached her vehicle and he looked inside she put it in reverse to speed was then shifted it into Drive and it looked like another ICE agent was in front of her. The bullet hole is in the front drivers side of the windshield consistent with a frontal shot.

agents (plural) and tried to drive away from the scene. So they shot the back of her vehicle as she was driving away like she didn't do anything wrong.🙄

I didn't say that ICE was ever in front of her car.
They were in the streets when she tried mowing them down and drove off. So they were behind her car shooting her car.
