People having a conversation during the movie or constantly commenting on it loud enough for those around them to hear.

Kicking them out without a refund seems sufficient to me if they're too disruptive. For comedies though, I enjoy it sometimes when people shout something like "Oh my God!" at an outrageous scene.

I'm from Japan and while watching dramas and serious films is very nice since Japanese are so quiet in theaters, it is kind of boring to watch comedies with Japanese since they don't even laugh out loud (considered very rude to make any noise). So I really miss watching comedies with more rowdy Americans, e. g.

That definitely seems disruptive in every situation, even comedies! What I like for comedies is maybe something like a bit of chatter but to the entire audience (not to one person). "Oh my God!" "What on earth?" "Holy sh*t!" "I can't believe he did that!" That can add to everyone's laughter.

I think they should be removed from the theatre for 10 minutes as a penalty and forced to pay a $5.00 fine if they want reentry inside before the movie ends.
