I think Iran was worse off before the war started and this is poorly planned. It was a bad idea to start this and quitting half way through gave leverage to Iran. It's crazy to accept any of those terms but now you're negotiating with people who are nuts and think they have the upper hand.

Some are good, some aren't. The 8th and 9th should be kept in any resolutions. The first is probably going to be in it, because Iran can just cut off shipping through it again if the U. S. doesn't want to agree to it. The only way for the U. S. to get anything out of the first one is to negotiate over what their control entails.
