Today, I would create your own "Get out of Jail" free card. Write a letter expressing your feeling and mail. The back should be sealed with like a hallmark gold crown for emphasis.

Take to local post office and mail and arrival date should be 2/13 or2/14. These type of letters go in her private drawer. They are referred to when she doubts you or you F-up... They can get you a second chance. A simple nice bouquet of flowers match a hand-written letter as a humongous expression from the heart.
